A $2,000 cash reward, no questions asked, has been announced for the return of a missing puppy. The dog, named Benny, was inside a car that was stolen Saturday night at East Avenue and Alexander Street. The missing car is a black Toyota RAV4. Benny, a 6-month-old Havanese puppy, is described as brown and white and weighs 15 pounds. Police said the vehicle had been left running when it was stolen.
