The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says a drunk driver caused a deadly crash in Parma. The accident happened before 10 p.m. Sunday on West Ridge Road. Investigators say a pickup truck was heading east in the westbound lanes and hit a SUV head-on. The man driving the SUV was killed. Deputies have not released his name. The pickup driver, 34-year-old James Jacobs of North Carolina, is charged with DWI and vehicular manslaughter.
