A Rochester school bus driver is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in a school van. Tomas Rosario, 74, faces federal charges, including child porn possession and witness tampering. Prosecutors say Rosario was caught on surveillance video inside the van. Investigators say Rosario allegedly directed the girl to do something sexually inappropriate, then touched the victim. He then allegedly told the girl not to tell anyone about what happened. A search of Rosario's phone turned up child pornography. Anyone with information on this case is asked to call the FBI.
