Here is how to check to see if anyone is spying on your computer:
CHECK TASK MANAGER OR ACTIVITY MONITOR
PC users: Follow these steps
1.) Open Task Manager Ctrl + Shift + Esc. Under the Processes tab, you’ll see the apps and background processes running on your PC.
2.) Look through the list for unrecognizable items.
3.) Close out app or process, right-click, hit End task.
Mac users: Follow these steps
1.) Open Activity Monitor, Command + Spacebar to open Spotlight Search.
2.) Type Activity Monitor and press Enter. Check the list.
3.) To close out a program or process, double click, then hit Quit.
UPDATE YOUR COMPUTER
MAC:
1.) Hit System Preferences > Software Update
PC:
1.) Click the Start Menu and open Settings
2.) Click Update & Security > Windows Update
You’ll see if updates click Download and Install.
CHANGE STARTUP APPS ON PC:
1.) Click the Start menu.
2.) Select Settings and click Apps.
3.) In the left menu, click Startup at the bottom.
HOW TO CHANGE STARTUP APPS ON A MAC:
1.) Click on the Apple menu, then System Preferences.
2.) Click Users & Groups.
3.) Select your User Account, click Login Items
Prevent app from running automatically, click Remove a login item.
Clock app by clicking the Remove button below the list.
