A University of Kentucky student has been arrested after video shows her physically and verbally assaulting a desk clerk. Sophia Rosing is seen in the video using a racial slur to Kylah Spring. Rosing is charged with two counts of assault, public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Here is the video:
