We spoke with Elan today who took the video posted below.
He said he was driving last night on Sweden Walker Road near Ladue Road when he saw this couple in the road, and not just any couple.
The guy had a leash on the woman and she was wearing nothing but what appears to be a butt plug with tail attached.
Now Elan wasn't the only person to see this. Someone else called 911 around the same time last night as shown by the below tweet from MonroeCountyFireWire.
