Mayor Lovely Warren calling a news conference where she made several announcements. She announced that Rochester Police Chief La’Ron Singletary’s last day will be today (9/14), and also announced Corporation Counsel Tim Curtin and Communications Director Justin Roj are both being suspended without pay, and Mayor Warren is also directing the Office of Public Integrity to initiate a thorough investigation to determine if any employees violated city or departmental policies or ethical standards.
The Mayor is also asking the U.S. Attorney's office to conduct an investigation into possible violations of Daniel Prudes civil rights.
