Earl David Reed Unbelievable Pre Show Bodybuilding Diet

Great showing this past weekend at the NPC Philadelphia Classic..more importantly pre show diet was crazy!

Night before the show..large cheeseburger ...large steak fries..big piece of cheesecake..later three rice cakes with natural peanut butter...4 chocolate covered Dunkin Donuts..three rice cakes then went to bed...Next morning the morning of the show..5 pancakes 5 strips of bacon,,,2 rice cakes every hour before 9 am show ...then 3 more Dunkin Donuts ,,Junior Mints..2 handfuls of salt..2 sips of water..Yeah sounds crazy to diet all the way up to the show and then eat this way ..dont try this on your own,Chas Wardle is a trained professional trainer..your results may vary..check out pic to see mine..also pic of Chas Wardle chaspersonaltraining.com
