Rochester Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Kidnapping

13 WHAM - "A Rochester woman was arraigned in Greece Town Court Wednesday morning.

Tyneidra Snow pleaded not guilty to second degree kidnapping, third degree grand larceny and a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

Snow is being held on $20,000 bail and 40,000 bond.

She is scheduled to be back in court on November 27th.

Police say Snow stole a van with a 4-year-old child inside at the Walmart on Dewey Avenue.

The vehicle was found about two hours later on Merlin Street.

Earlier Tuesday, police released a photo of a second person believed to have been involved in the incident. She was identified by police and released without being charged.

Police have not yet discussed any potential charges for the parents of the girl who was left in the van alone."
