Sheriff Tom Dougherty's crew stopped 20-year-old Trevell Parris and 19-year-old Tieaysha M. Duval on Thursday for a traffic violation.

ON TOP OF THAT Mr. Parris and Ms. Duval both had active court issued orders of protection against each other.

Parris was arrested and charged with Felony Criminal Contempt in the 1st degree, Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
