Wyoming County Sheriff's Deputies announced the arrest of these two goobers after someone reported them acting "very suspicious" in a car outside the Dollar General on Route 19 last week.
Deputies responded and determined that both 26-year-old Dustin Kish from Rushford and 23-year-old Alisha Williams from Cuba were under the influence.
In the vehicle, deputies found hypodermic needles and packets with suspected heroin and cocaine.
Police say Williams admitted to driving from Rochester to the Crosby's in Castile and then Kish admitted to driving from the Crosby's to the Dollar General. Neither have valid driver's licenses.
Both were arrested for DWAI, aggravated unlicensed operation and other charges.
