Alleged Gorham Drug Dealer Facing Manslaughter Charges

A Gorham man is facing 2nd degree manslaughter charges after the Ontario County Sheriff's Office says he sold drugs to someone who later overdosed.

31-year-old Donald Lee Everson is accused of selling heroin to Justin Meath on October 30, 2018. Later that night Meath was taken to the hospital for a heroin overdose. It was later determined Meath died of a fentanyl overdose.

Everson was arrested days after Meath's death but teh additional manslaughter charge comes after it was determined that the death was caused by fentanyl.
