I'm debuting a new concept on the show tomorrow.
Doing an episode of the show LIVE from a restaurant, while sitting down to eat, with the owner(s)/chef.
So here are the next 2 weeks:
I'll go to Fiorella in The Rochester Public Market and have a meal with Gino & Allison. Over that meal, we'll chat about how Fiorella came to be, the food we're dining on, and some of the ups and downs of owning a business. Then, I'll head to the brand new House of Kombucha on Monroe Avenue for a tasting.
I'm finally hitting Main Street in Canandaigua and one of the Rochester area's most hyped Thai restaurants, Thai By Night. I'll speak with owners John and Pui while eating the delicious cuisine of Pui's native land. After a great meal there, we'll head down a few doors to Simply Crepes for dessert.
