Yesterday, while emcee'ing The Shirley Isaac Memorial Sporting Clays Tournament at The Rochester Brooks Gun Club, I saw a celebrity.
Peter Chiavetta Jr.'s grandfather founded the business many years ago. His father took it to another level, releasing the marinade that you and I and so many other people have purchased from Wegmans for years.
Peter Jr. was doing a chicken barbecue for the tournament attendees and while he was doing so I managed to pull him aside and interview him for a few minutes. That will air on this Saturday's WHAM 1180 Food & Wine Show.
