Thanks to the 4th Man for alerting Kimberly to this strange sequence in Hamlin over of the 4th of July weekend.
A guy having an apparent mental breakdown was stopped by police after walking down the road in his birthday suit holding a pretty big cat.
After a brief interaction, police used the taser to stop the man and the cat books it back across the road.

After he went down the man was covered and treated by EMTs on scene.
